Refund Policy

1. Our Freshness Guarantee

Every order carries a 7-day freshness guarantee from the date of delivery. If your flowers wilt, brown, or fail before 7 days, we will resend a fresh arrangement at no charge.

2. How to Claim

Email hello@tulipsandacunt.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the affected flowers. We do not require you to return the product. We will resend within 24 hours of receiving your message, subject to stock availability.

3. Perishable Products

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept standard change-of-mind returns. If you placed an order in error, contact us immediately and we will attempt to cancel before dispatch. Once dispatched, perishable orders cannot be recalled.

4. Non-Floral Products

Non-perishable items (gift boxes, candles, chocolates) sold as part of a gift set may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged.

5. Subscriptions

Monthly subscription orders may be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations made before the monthly dispatch date will take effect immediately. Cancellations made after dispatch apply to the following billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card provider. We will confirm by email when a refund has been issued.
