Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00 noon (UK time, Monday to Friday) are dispatched same-day. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends, are dispatched the following business day. We do dispatch on Saturdays for pre-arranged scheduled deliveries.

2. Delivery Methods

All orders are sent via tracked next-day courier. You will receive a tracking number by email at the point of dispatch. Delivery is expected within 24 hours of dispatch for mainland UK addresses.

4. Scheduled Delivery

You may select a preferred delivery date at checkout, up to 14 days in advance. We recommend not scheduling more than 3 days ahead to ensure maximum stem freshness. We cannot guarantee specific time-of-day delivery windows.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful and the package cannot be left safely, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery the following day. If flowers are held by the courier for more than 24 hours, freshness may be affected. We are not liable for deterioration caused by failed delivery attempts where delivery instructions were not provided at checkout.

6. Damaged or Late Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or more than 24 hours late, contact us at hello@tulipsandacunt.com with your order number and a photograph. We will resend at no cost within 24 hours.

7. Holidays

We do not dispatch on UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be dispatched the next available working day. Around peak dates (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) dispatch times may extend by one business day. We will communicate any delays in advance.
